Liked · Hotel Cristallo was comfortable and reasonable, but just a bit short of value for money at their price point.
Disliked · The breakfast was very average, no decent coffee and the staff seemed somewhat grumpy. There were no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms.
A typical old mountain chalet style hotel that's been maintained well and short walk from the town center. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. There was a big selection of foods for breakfast. Our bed was a bit too firm and there was stagnant water with dead insects in the planter out on our balcony. Generally a good experience, though.
Had a lovely view of the hillside with the glassed attic roof view. It was value for money. Keep up the good work. Parking is sufficient in this space. The rooms were well kept. It can get a little bit noisy with traffic outside as it is beside a long straight road.

Wide rooms, comfortable, warm. It is located near the center, in a good position. Good restaurant, good fitness area with sauna, Turkish bath and idro. Lovely for families, but even for couples.
Very nice hotel with really good service. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, all you need is there, they offer also a great landscape with the Apls mountain. Breakfast enough but nothing of special.
